I took a template making break to make some Alphabet Flip Flap books. 

This idea came to me when I was creating some interactive templates and had learned a new design trick. One thing I have learned from teaching kindergarten is that you can

never have too many resources for teaching the alphabet.

 These can stand solo as a book or be placed in an interactive notebook.

 They include 12 pages of activities for each letter with over 300 pages of printable resources that are the actual activities. That is 12 pages that is going to take up only half a page in an interactive notebook if going that route! 

Letter Recognition activities include matching upper and lower case letters, dotting the letters (or filling in the bubbles), stamping them, sorting them, and matching them. 

Handwriting activities include tracing them, coloring them, writing them, and rainbow writing them.

Beginning sounds include finding them pirate style, sorting them, and illustrating pictures that begin with it.
